Mediterranean MPA Forum 2026 — Registration

Welcome to the participation request form for the 4th Mediterranean MPA Forum, which will take place from 15 to 17 December 2026 in Alexandria, Egypt. The Forum will be held in English and French, with simultaneous interpretation provided.

Due to the limited number of available places, participation is subject to approval by the organisers. If you wish to attend, please submit your request no later than 23 October 2026.

This form will allow us to collect the information needed to review your participation request and prepare the Forum. Please ensure that all requested information is provided and that all mandatory fields are completed.

⚠️ Important — Please read before submitting Submitting this form does not confirm your participation, nor does it constitute a commitment of financial support. After the submission deadline, the following review process will apply:
  1. The organisers will first review and confirm participation requests, taking into account the limited number of available places.
  2. If you have indicated that you require financial support, your request will then be reviewed separately. Financial support is subject to organisers' approval and available funding.
You will be contacted by the organisers regarding the outcome of your participation request and, where applicable, your request for financial support.

Your data is stored securely and will not be sold or transferred to commercial third parties. It may be shared exclusively with accredited partners, such as hotels and travel agencies, and with relevant authorities where strictly necessary for your participation in the event.

3 Retention & Your Rights

Sensitive data, such as passport copies, will be securely deleted once the administrative and financial aspects of the event have been completed, in accordance with applicable retention requirements.

You have the right to access, correct or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the SPA/RAC Secretariat.
